KEMPER expands assembly and service team 01/2018
Vreden, 16th January 2018 - KEMPER GmbH is expanding its service and installation department. Since the end of 2016, the manufacturer has added seven new employees to the team. The company is thus meeting the growing demand. In 2017, for example, the number of installations at metal processors or welding schools with extensive occupational safety equipment such as extraction systems, extraction arms, sound insulation partitioning walls and more increased significantly.

Vreden/Düsseldorf, September 26, 2017 – KEMPER GmbH further advances machine-to-machine communication. Currently, the manufacturer is presenting a new crossmanufacturer B2B portal at the SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN tradeshow. This portal is able to network equipment and systems that are Internet of Thingsenabled, beyond its own extraction technology. Overheads are thus reduced ignificantly. As part of this, KEMPER equips new extraction plants and room ventilation systems with a web-enabled control system.

Vreden/Poříčí nad Sázavou, 19th July 2017 – International production with development potential: 25 years ago, KEMPER GmbH established its first location for the Eastern European market. Initially set up as a pure sales office, the KEMPER spol. s r.o. developed into the first international production site. The company carries out all sheet metal processes up to powder coating. The site was instrumental in the development of KEMPER group thanks to the steadily increased capacity. The expansion continues in 2017.

The manufacturer shows innovations in the field of burner-integrated welding fumes extraction and extraction tables for cutting applications with VacuFil 125 and KEMPER The Slagger. KEMPER will be celebrating its 40th anniversary during the tradeshow.

The air monitoring system AirWatch controls room ventilation systems automatically using their specifically developed, autonomous wireless network. KEMPER ensures in this way also an energy-saving operation.

KEMPER GmbH has returned to their company headquarters in Vreden with great success at EuroBLECH. It was not just the number of visitors which increased in comparison to previous years. The manufacturer of extraction and filtration systems also managed to conclude several business deals during the tradeshow. In particular, the new networking concept KEMPER Connect which features automatic communication between the air monitoring system AirWatch and the room ventilation system CleanAirTower managed to capture the visitors’ interest.
