World market leader Future Champion: Trade magazine “Wirtschaftswoche” honours KEMPER

Vreden, 1^st February 2018 - At the top of the list in the field of welding smoke extraction systems and tables for the metalworking industry: Wirtschaftswoche has awarded KEMPER GmbH the "Global Leader Future Champion". 

The background to the assessment by the renowned German business magazine is the world market leader index initiated by the University of St. Gallen in cooperation with the "Academy of German global leaders". KEMPER is listed as a prospective global leader.

The manufacturer of extraction units and filter systems fulfils the following five criteria: 

1. at least 50 percent of KEMPER's owners are located in the DACH countries. 
2. The company is present on at least three continents - KEMPER products are even used on all six continents. 
3. The company generates annual turnover of up to 50 million euros.
4. The company is the number 1 or number 2 global leader. 
5. The foreign turnover account for more than 50 percent of total sales - in 2017, KEMPER generated around 60 percent of total sales abroad. 

The scientists behind the global leader index expect the Future Champions to reach the highest category of global leaders in the medium term due to their company growth.
