Vreden, 21 May 2015 - Mobile extraction and filter unit for frequently changing work stations: Manufacturer of extraction and filtration systems, KEMPER GmbH, headquartered in Vreden, is introducing the MiniFil portable high-vacuum extraction system to the market. With the help of an optional trolley, the unit can be quickly transferred to other welding stations. It is also suitable for use on construction sites or for welding in confined spaces. Thanks to the on-torch extraction or the possibility of point extraction via an extraction funnel, hazardous substances can be captured directly at source. An integrated spark trap separates out large particles or sparks before the filtering itself takes place. The SafeChangeFilter ensures that the MiniFil offers maximum protection with contamination-free filter changes. In addition, the device is suitable for welding chromium nickel steel - it is currently undergoing IFA approval. More than 99 percent of particles down to 0.4 micron are separated out. The start-stop system saves energy, as does the infinitely variable extraction control.
