General ventilation system Push-Pull from KEMPER for large production line
In the Bryansk Region (380 km southwest of Moscow), the Russian company "BMZ" (Bryanskij Mashinostroitelnij Zawod) produces railway wagons.
Due to the size of the work pieces and the work processes a local exhaust system to capture the welding fume directly at the source was not practical. After consultation through our local Russian partner Eurolux, BMZ chose a general ventilation system Push-Pull from KEMPER to capture the welding fume and avoid a blanket of smoke at high level in the production area.
Today in their production area of approximately 140 meters in length 16 single push-pull systems with an extraction capacity of 13,000 m3/h each ensure clean air in the work area and protect employees against the welding fumes.
